Clearly inspired by the art of the internationally appreciated architect Antoni Gaudí. It was created as a unique piece in 2002 on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of his birth after a whole year of work what with the design and the development of the project. On that year activities, exhibitions and events linked to the great architect took place in Barcelona, so the violin was exhibited in several exhibitions in the center of the city.
In 2003 the Gaudí violin became part of the Museu de la Música prestigious collection, in Barcelona.
